I am currently trying to find a new daily driver. While crusing craigslist and some local dealerships I have found a few that have peaked my interest. I live in the midwest so snow and cold is an issue. I am just wondering which would be the best for the money/reliability:

The BMW is an NP. Low miles and a good price, I just don’t like the steering wheel and interior of those things though.

Which one the 545 or the 328?

The 545 is the only link that I see. The other one is a lowrider......

Wait, found it. The 3-Series is a CP, doesn’t look too sharp and it has a salvage title.

That 545i has an ///M badge. Warning #1.

Look at the front fascia gap under the driver’s light and then passenger light. It’s been off and not put back on properly before. I’d stay way from this one.

The one I am leaning towards is the Subaru Legacy GT, that seems to be the best one of out the 3 even if it has the most miles

E60 with the N62 V8, run away! Valve stems are known for burning oil since it runs so damn hot and basically ruins the stems.

Nice that the E60 still has warranty left, but those V8s, man... (I’m on my second E60, both have given me their share of problems, but the 550 really took the cake)

Ha thanks, I don’t know very much about them but that’s why im asking on here. Seems to me that so far everyone thinks its a CP.

There is a little arrow that you click and it will slide over to the other 2, their is a 328 xi and a legacy gt.

EDIT: the arrow is next to the picture of the 545

That’s why I thought I would include it because it still has that warrenty until about 98k or 2019.

I recommend using IFTTT if you are serious about finding deals on craigslist. Most of the best deals are gone within an hour and the casual searcher won’t ever even know they existed. For instance, when shopping for my next daily I had it set up to send me an email whenever any Mercedes diesel, RWD Lexus, or manual BMW popped up for under $2000. In the end I jumped on the best deal I saw (and could get to on time) over about a month.

It’s awesome! Basically it scans craigslist for you constantly and lets you know when interesting stuff pops up, saved me about an hour a day of searching lol.

Stay away from the E60. Explosive V8, body looks off, interior looks a bit rough (or at least the photos are trying to hide something). Also, I’m scared of any BMW that has a fake ///M badge.

Same with the rear bumper. There’s still a dent in it, and the fitting with the trunk looks awful.
